Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes (200 g)
  • Cucumber (1 unit)
  • Black olives (100 g)
  • Feta cheese (100 g)
  • Red onion (½ unit)
  • Verdelis extra virgin olive oil (3 tablespoons)
  • Fresh oregano (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Peel and slice the cucumber thinly.
  3. Chop the red onion into julienne strips.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and onion.
  5. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the salad.
