TASTING NOTES.
The first visual impact is its intense green color. On the nose, it is fruity with aromas of freshly cut grass, tomato plant, and a subtle hint of banana and green almond. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and velvety with a moderate bitterness and spiciness.
It took 10 kilos of green olives to produce 1 liter of Verdeliss10 Picual Early Harvest, ensuring pure quality.
